Industrial Zone “Zavolzhye” is a site with centralised modern engineering and transport infrastructure for production facilities in the Zavolzhsky district of Ulyanovsk.The total area of the industrial park is 706.2 hectares.
The territory occupied by residents is 244 hectares.
The area under engineering and transport infrastructure is 130.6 ha.
Area available for new residents is 331.6 ha.
The planning design of the park was developed by “Assmann Beraten + Planen” (Germany), an international design company with many years of experience in planning the territories of industrial enterprises in Russia and abroad.
The park is certified as an operating industrial park by the Association of Industrial Parks of Russia.
