HOLZHOF RUS JSC

Holzhof Rus JSC has been successfully operating in the territory of the Ulyanovsk Special Economic Zone since May 2021.

The new enterprise produces trim molding made of wood-polymer composite. Holzhof Rus composite board with high performance properties is widely used today for the improvement of public spaces.

There are about 50 different profiles in the assortment: these are garden beds, fence boards, facade panels, terrace boards for any purpose from a private house to places with high traffic. Main advantages include durability, hidden fasteners, simplicity and speed of assembly, the product does not require additional processing, production without adding secondary raw materials, environmental friendliness, standard color range of 6 colors — ability to choose a color according to the customer's conditions.

Today, the area of production facilities is 5,500 square meters. The company continues to increase its capacity, and by 2026 it is planned to build three more buildings with an area of 1,500 m² each.

The project is supported by the Government of the Ulyanovsk Region. The Regional Fund for Financing Industry and Entrepreneurship helped to purchase equipment by providing a loan of 20 million rubles.

"We produce trim molding, decking based on primary polyethylene. We have a wide range of products for a country house, garden, verandas and terraces. We take part in the federal program "Improvement of the urban environment". Our board is also used in urban parks, squares, on summer verandas and exploited roofs. The production is located in the territory of the Port Special Economic Zone. The site was chosen for a number of reasons: convenient location next to the federal highway, communications were brought to the boundaries of the site, which greatly accelerated the process of construction and commissioning of the plant, tax benefits, and availability of a free customs zone. Thanks to the support of the region, in particular IDF, it was possible to increase production capacity, as well as expand storage facilities for finished products. The plans include entering new sales markets, supplies to federal chains, work has already begun on one of them, and the construction of three new production buildings."
