We will continue to develop as an independent structure, a separate profit centre. Instead of the Legrand brand, a new independent brand will be introduced this year. The Kontaktor brand, which has been on the market for 82 years, will also be developed as an independent brand. One of our main priorities for 2024 is the realisation of the finished goods warehouse. Over 2022-2023, we have built up an impressive stock, which consists of previously imported products manufactured at Legrand Group's European plants, as well as Legrand brand products that were manufactured at our Ulyanovsk plants and were not sold due to Legrand Group's policy. Launching an import substitution programme and bringing a large number of new products to the market in the coming years is also in the focus of our priorities".
